Refund & Return Policy
At Red Prom Dresses Shop, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue by arranging for a return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.

Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
